- 10h30 - arrival at the basecamp
- 11h00 - change of clothes and delivery of equipment / safety instructions
- 11h00 - start of activity
- 14h30 - end of activity
- 15h00 - change of clothes (shower)
- 15h30 - lunch at a local place (not included in the price)
- 17h30 - Drop off at selected meeting points (see bellow)
