Your journey to Peneda-Gerês National Park begins with an early departure from Porto, heading into the heart of nature.

Our first stop is a scenic trail leading to a crystal-clear lagoon - perfect for refreshing after a short hike.

After working up an appetite, you'll enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, tasting the region's authentic flavors.

In the afternoon, we check into our charming accommodation before heading out for another hike - this time to a beautiful waterfall where you can take another dip or simply relax in the serene surroundings.

Next stop is our little corner to make a difference! You will get to know our sustainability project and help us keep the area for our tree nursery growing strong,

As the day ends, you'll take a gentle walk through one of the park's ancient villages to enjoy a panoramic viewpoint, the perfect spot to soak in the landscape before dinner.

We end the day with a cozy meal at the accommodation's restaurant, sharing stories and local dishes in good company.

After the breakfast at the mountain hostel and the check-out, we set out to discover a diferent area of the National Park - equally stunning, but with its own unique charm.

Our morning hike leads us to another beatiful lagoon, tucked away in nature, where you'll have time to swim and unwind in the peaceful surroundings.

Just close by, our local restaurant is located in another village. Here you'll sample norte regional dishes and the everpresent warm hospitality.

In the afternoon, you'll hike to a secluded waterfall - less known, more remote, and truly special. Weather you choose to swim again or simply take in the natural beauty, it's a highlight of the day.

Before returning to Porto, we make one final stop: a breathtaking viewpoint, one of the highest in the park.

It's the perfect farewell to a two-day escape full of adventure, nature and unforgettable views.
