Get ready for a full day of immersive adventure in the heart of Peneda-Gerês National Park. Your day begins with pick-up at your accommodation in Porto, followed by a scenic drive to our Adventure Station in the National Park.
The morning starts with a Stand Up Paddle ride on the Tamente River, one of the quietest and most beautiful waterways in the region. Along the route, you’ll have time to explore, swim, and even jump from the picturesque Roman bridge.
After the activity, recharge with a typical lunch in a local tavern, where you’ll enjoy authentic flavors from the Soajo region.
In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxed walk through the village, followed by a short trail leading to a hidden waterfall, the perfect place to unwind, swim, and enjoy untouched nature.
The day ends with the drive back to Porto, with drop-off at your accommodation.

Comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and non-slip walking shoes;

Water: we encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle, which you can refill with fresh mountain water along the way.
Important Notes
Travel time 1h40 min: Porto > National Park / National Park > Porto.
Transportation: minivan.
If you suffer from car sickness, you should take medication before the tour or bring it with you on the tour.
Infant seats are available - children must be accompanied by an adult.
Age restriction: 3 to 75 years old.
The SUP activity is approx. 1h30min.
The paths are downhill and uphill, terrain can be slippery and you might need to scramble over some rocks.
This activity is available from April to October.
The itinerary can be altered to make the most of the what the National Park has to offer.
The tour may be cancelled/rescheduled due to bad weather conditions.
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available, please advise at time of booking.
We need to know in advance any food or mobility restrictions.
On the day before the tour we send an email with the final details.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100%, if the booking is cancelled 24h or less before start time.
