What To Bring
Comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and shoes;
Warm clothes, a change of clothing and a raincoat or jacket (for fall and spring);
Swimsuit, flip-flops and a towel;
Sunscreen;
Snack for mid-morning/afternoon;
Water: we encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle.
Important Notes
Travel time 1h40 min: Porto > Douro/ Douro> Porto.
Transportation: minivan
If you suffer from car sickness you should take medication before the tour or bring it with you on the tour.
Infant seats are available - children must be accompanied by an adult.
Age restriction: 5 to 75 years old.
The kayaking activity is approx. 1h30 (4 km).
The itinerary can be altered to make the most of what the Douro Valley has to offer.
This activity is available all year round.
The tour may be cancelled/rescheduled: due to bad weather conditions or if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available, please advise at time of booking.
We need to know in advance any food or mobility restrictions.
On the day before the tour we send an email with the final details.
Cancellation Policy
We will charge a cancellation fee of 100%, if the booking is cancelled 24h or less before start time.

We had an amazing day out exploring the Douro Valley with Luis, Sofia and Martina for my friends hen do. I would recommend to any group if you want to have fun and explore nature.
We went kayaking paddle boarding, hiking and swimming beneath a waterfall. The traditional Portuguese lunch was delicious too. We had so much fun! Luis especially was lots of fun and never too serious.
